I would give this establishment no stars as an option is available for me to do so. After traveling to the Grand Canyon, family decide to try Pho outside of California. It was a Wednesday night approximately 815pm, called the establishment to verify the time they close. Gentlemen on the phone stuffed the kitchen would stop taking orders after 8:30pm. We arrived at 8:25pm and was told by a rude older Asian lady that they are closing and would not accommodate a group of 6 adults and 3 children. If we were a smaller group then they would. It amazed me a business in Flagstaff Arizona makes enough money to turn away customers from another state that would share the experience with family, friends, and co workers. I understand I could of asked if they would serve a family of 6 adults and 3 children when I initially called but as a business, it would have made more sense for them to ask how many in the party first. Also once there, the owner could have been nicer about it or suggest we order from a limited menu if necessary. As other Yelp reviews I have read after the incident, I see a distinct pattern that this business does not like large parties, though that is where the money is at and the set gratuity they could receive for parties over six. Definitely not a place for a tourist to visit. Highly recommend staying from this business by all cost.

My husband and I have been coming here for a long time because we love the food. The service is not great. The lady who is the owner and the staff do not recognize us as if we are new each time we come. Last time we came in which was 40 minutes before close, I was asked if I would be done eating in 40 minutes. I have never been asked that by a restaurant before. They really need to work on their customer service. I have also witnessed a lady owner boss around the young male staff which is unprofessional. The food is great and price is not bad but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back here again. I need to look for another good pho place in town.

Food is good but lately the service has begun to suck every visit. Which is maybe why their employment in workers is a revolving door. Be prepared to wait a long while for your food while drinking your water.

I was fortunate enough to try this place. Extensive menu. I wished I had tried it my first night in town instead of a franchised wing place in the area. Staff was patient and guided to me exactly what I was looking to have for dinner after a long day on the trails.

I can say my knowledge of pho and vietnamese food is enough to make a sound and accurate rating, the broth here was correct and delicious but many other components make pho multiple components were missing from my "guan" tendon pho no basil no cilantro they forgot my sriracha sauce in the take out major mistake.. all in all this was pho in Flagstaff I guess food could have been better for sure if completed, service was totally non existent ,fell short ,egg roll were not even in the realm of ok . Two more pho locations in this area I'll be there to sample them and will not eat here nor would I recommend it
